There is good news for millions of farmers waiting for the PM Kisan money. The government has started sending the 22nd installment of ₹2,000 to eligible bank accounts. This money is being sent through the direct benefit transfer (DBT) system for the year 2026.
Many farmers have already received messages from their banks about the credit. If you have not checked your phone yet, you should do it now. The government wants to make sure that every real farmer gets this financial help on time for their farming needs.
To check if you got the money, go to the official PM Kisan website. Click on the ‘Beneficiary Status’ button and enter your registration number. It will show you the exact date when the money was sent and the name of the bank where it went.
Sometimes the payment takes a little longer to show up in the account. If your status shows ‘Payment Processed,’ it means the money is on its way. Just wait for a day or two and check your bank balance again at the nearest ATM or bank branch.
