1. No Refund Policy
At CHNVT.org, we have a strict “No Refund” policy. This means that once you purchase any course, digital product, or service from our website, you will not be eligible for any kind of refund.
We request all users to carefully read the course details, price, and content information before making any payment. Once you complete the payment, we assume you have fully understood and agreed to our policy.
2. Why No Refund?
Our courses and services are digital and educational in nature. Once a course is delivered (through PDF, video, or account access), it cannot be returned. Unlike physical products, digital content can be easily copied or saved, which makes refunds unfair and unsafe.
Also, we keep course prices very low so that all students and unemployed youth can afford them. Therefore, we do not offer refunds of any kind under any circumstances.
3. User Responsibility
- Please make sure you read the course description properly before buying.
- Ask your questions by email if you are unsure — [email protected]
- Do not buy our courses or services if you are not fully sure.
- After payment, do not request a refund through email, WhatsApp, UPI, Paytm, or bank.
4. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is made, you will get a confirmation via email or phone. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us with payment proof. We will help you get access to your course. But again, refund is not possible.
5. Fraud or Fake Claims
If someone tries to cheat the system by purchasing and then demanding a refund through bank/UPI dispute or raising false complaints, we reserve the right to take legal action and permanently block that user from CHNVT.org.
6. Exceptions
There are no exceptions. Whether you change your mind, don’t like the course, face personal problems, or stop using it after buying — refund will not be given in any case.
